To review, assess, and ensure that the submitted documentary requirements for the acquisition of government motor vehicles of LGUs are in compliance with DILG Memorandum Circular 2022-105, dated August 23, 2022, and DBM Budget Circular 2022-1 dated February 11, 2022, and that all purchases shall be subject to pertinent budgeting, procurement, accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

✅ Documentary Requirements
Local Chief Executive (LCE) Request letter;
Certificate of Availability of Funds from Local Accountant or the Head of the Accounting Unit or in case of his/her absence, the Local Treasurer or Budget Officer (with the date of issuance, fund source and the appropriated amount) issued 6 months prior to request of vehicle;
Certified true copy of an Ordinance approving such purchase (i.e., first two and last pages of the said Ordinance and the page indicating the appropriated amount, per vehicle, to be purchased, and reflecting the name of office the budget was appropriated), and current Sanggunian Resolution on fund utilization in case of trust funds such as, unexpended DRRM fund balances from the previous year(s), and funds transferred/donated to the requesting-LGU from higher-level LGUs, government corporations, etc.;
Updated (current calendar year) inventory/accounting of all existing motor vehicles showing their status/conditions/worthiness (e.g., good, fair, repairable or unserviceable) duly certified by the LGU’s Property/Supply Officer/ Accountable officer. Provided, that the same shall not be required if the requesting LGU has already submitted a copy of the same to the concerned DILG office.

Car (sedan or hatchback) with engine displacement not exceeding 2500cc, if gasoline-fed or 3500cc, if diesel-fed, or AFV
Passenger Van and Pick-Up Type Vehicle with engine displacement not exceeding 2500cc, if gasoline-fed, or 3000cc, if diesel-fed, or AFV
Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV), with an engine displacement not exceeding 2500cc, if gasoline-fed or 2800cc, if diesel-fed, or AFV
Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) with an engine displacement not exceeding 2700cc, if gasoline-fed, or 3000cc, if diesel-fed, or AFV**
Van with engine displacement not exceeding 2500 cc if gasoline-fed, or 2800 cc , if diesel-fed, or AFV. A multicab is considered a van
All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) with engine displacement not exceeding 800 cc

✅ Client Steps
STEP 1: Please download and accomplish the Citizen’s Charter Request Form (CCSRF).
STEP 2: Kindly submit the filled-out Citizen’s Charter Request Form (CCSRF) and other documentary requirements either thru email dilgtacurongcity@gmail.com, personally, or via courier to the DILG Tacurong Field Office (DILG Tacurong City, 2nd Floor, City Government Hall, Brgy. Población, Tacurong City, Province of Sultan Kudarat 9800).
STEP 3: Please wait for the notification which will be sent through email / SMS / call acknowledging the receipt of your request and providing other updates. You will also be notified once your requested document is ready for release.
STEP 4. Once you have claimed/received your requested document, kindly fill out the Client Satisfaction Survey Form (CCSF).
