𝐃𝐈𝐋𝐆 𝑻𝒂𝒄𝒖𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 extends its warmest congratulations to the five (5) barangays of Tacurong City for successfully hurdling the rigorous CY 2024 Seal of Good Local Governance for Barangay (SGLGB)!

The barangays of Baras, Demetrio Ledesma, Poblacion, San Antonio, and Upper Katungal are among the few 3, 283 (7.89%) out of 41, 610 barangays nationwide who were able to victoriously hurdle the CY 2024 Seal of Good Local Governance for Barangay (SGLGB) by passing three (3) Core Governance Areas: Financial Administration and Sustainability, Disaster Preparedness, and Safety, Peace and Order and at least one (1) of the Essential Governance Areas: Social Protection and Sensitivity, Business-Friendliness, or Environmental Management.

In Region 12, only 152  out of 1, 097 or 13.86% of barangays are CY 2024 SGLGB Passers.

The SGLGB is a performance assessment and recognition system designed to distinguish barangays with outstanding performance across various governance areas.
